My complaint:
Zurich Insurance is paying attorneys and doctors to commit workers compensation fraud and taking advantage of injured workers. My employer of 22 years literally almost killed me then terminated me when I filed my workers compensation claim. Keith Stewart told Zurich Insurance I was terminated on a Sunday and Zurich Insurance believed this and hired a surveillance team to follow me. Zurich Insurance denied my medication but is willing to pay James Gallen and Dr. Von Essen. I know I can not be the only person this company has treated this way.

Open up an investigation into my claim and release my benefits.
