My complaint:

I have been a zoom account holder for over 3 years now and have never had to face an issue of this sort earlier. I recently purchased the zoom webinar feature and wanted to custom live stream to multiple platforms.
Where zoom was allowing me to custom stream using the meeting feature there is no accessibility when we look into the webinar custom streaming options.

I have tried all the options that were given in your information forum and still haven’t been able to access it.
I also had a chat with your executives and they directed me to the same articles that I had already read. They also tried to check it from his end but couldn’t find anything.

Because of this issue I am having to purchase a large meeting plan that I wouldn’t have to if this issue was sorted from your end.

It would be great if you could come back on this and let me know what can be done about the extra pack that I am having to purchase.

we have been forced to take two plans so We wanted to check if zoom can give us a credit for the additional plan.
