Zoom complaint: zoom pro amount deducted even after cancellation before the next invoice date

My complaint:

I have cancelled my zoom pro account on 12th july 2021 and the invoice date i 13th july 2021. Still there i deduction of 1534 rupees from my bank account. why has this happened?

Suggested solution:

reverse the transaction and need refund
