I MISSED A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING JUST NOW BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO HEAR OTHER PARTICIPANTS, THIS IS A WEEKLY MEETIN I HAVE PARTICIPATED IN MANY TIMES WITH NO AUDIO OR VIDEO PROBLEMS, I AM USING MY DELL LAPTOP. I TRIED REPEATEDLY TODAY TO GET HELP FROM YOUR ROBOT CHAT AND ONLINE HELP CENTER—–USELESS! I STILL NEED HELP SO I WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN!
