My complaint:
When we are in a meeting we can hear others clearly but they can’t hear us or is very low volume and. We have done all the tests we could, sent it to repairer and still is the same. They have suggested it could be audio plug in problem when on Zoom?
Suggested solution:
Please test those settings to see if it can be resolved
