My complaint:

I have many deafhard of hearing friends that can’t hear the conversation on zoom. I heard you offered closed captions but only for Advanced Plans. Really? This is 2020. Are you aware of Americans with Disablilities Act? ADA? You should be offering that service to all users free of charge. Should my friends have to pay because they are deaf? Should I have to pay extra because I have deaf friends? Should they be forced to endure zoom meetings where they understand nothing? You need to consider a change to make CC available at all levels of Zoom.

Make CC available at no charge for any plan on Zoom.
