My complaint:
Our church meeting was about 45 minutes into the meeting when suddenly pornographic images came up on everyone’s screen and could not be turned off. VERY DISTURBING to our church members!!!!
The Zoom meeting had been advertised on Facebook 1 hour before the meeting. Also advertised by email, and texting.
Suggested solution:
Zoom needs greater security firewalls to prevent outside hackers to invade our private church meeting. Or instruct us on how to make the settings more secure. Please call.
