My complaint:
During the pandemic I took out a subscription for a month, to use Zoom for my lessons just for one month.
It did not work out so i only used it for a few times.
I thought I had paid for that but something went wrong and the payment did to get settled. I am prepared to pay for the month for which i took out the subscription but definitely not the amount your recent invoice is charging!
Suggested solution:
by charging the month i took out the subscription for!
