My complaint:

I opened a paid account on August 17 so that I can teach my courses as a professor at a local university. Even though I have a paid acct, I am still in your system as a Basic Account holder and despite discussing this problem since last month, the problem persists. I was told that it would be resolved from numerous individuals in your billing and support departments. This is a real nuisance because I am paying for an account that I cannot use. A basic account cannot help me as my courses are no shorter than 1hr 15mins daily.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I cannot get a resolution from anyone and the hold time is excessive. If the call isn't disconnected after holding for what seems to be an eternity,someone from the answering service wants to take my name and phone number with a promise that I will receive a call from an Account Executive. I have yet to hear from ANYONE!!! I see that similar issues are happening based on what I am reading on social media. This is terrible and if I can get to hear back from my local TV station, I will sound the alarm even louder. You all are collecting monthly fees and not providing the service I paid for.
