Zoom complaint: 1 month issue with Zoom IT that has not been resolved

My complaint:

The problems with zoom persist. It has been 4 weeks since we first reported the problem, and our IT cannot resolve the issue. It affects our day-day working because it silently crashes, and it takes time before we know that we are not contactable or cannot attend meetings without installing zoom again. The issue came about when Zoom did an update.

Zoom IT do not have the knowledge to repair the issue. They then escalate to next in line who can manage and they again ask us to do the same steps as we have been doing for the past 4 weeks.

Out customer account manager Jeff Bechtel has dismissed my requests for this to priotised and has closed the door on this.

Suggested solution:

They need to have an IT person avaible that has the knowledge to resolve the problem. they also need to refund us for 2 people who have been unable to use zoom for 1 month, although we have paid for the service.
