My complaint:
Dear Madam/Sir,
We are a very reputable company having powerful branches in three countries. we sent TWO inquiries to Yandex elctronic ltd (Tenroy). One ABB , one YOKOGAWA.
They said they have in stock, and gave me invoice for both of them (each around 1000$).
Based on this we won the clients offer and got the order. We transferred 33,950¥ to this supplier for these goods. EVERY single day of that week between finalizing invoice and making the payment I was in touch with the supplier and she would ask when we will make the payment!
We made the payment, then SURPRISINGLY they brought MANY excuses not to send us the goods. They said it is out of stock! Then for ABB they said it is in stock but they DOUBLED the price!!! Even after a day passed from their claim, AGAIN they said ABB is also out of stock. WE LOST TWO PURCHASE ORDER!
By their unprofessional way of business and their tendency to scam us, we lost our precious client who was one of our old clients!
Now, I am asking them for refund, again with audacity they ignore our messages on wechat, alibaba, email, phone calls…and just say our supplier should give back our money then we refund!
They not only did not give our goods and made us lose our client and get black listed, but also they do not give back our own money!!
In addition, the price they had quoted was wrong and we could not find those goods with that price anywhere, the had quoted very lower, and we won the offer by their misleading price.
We trust Alibaba and have met plenty of good suppliers who are working with us for years now, we didn’t have any complaint until now. But this irresponsible supplier really affected our reputation and also Alibaba’s. I should add we are not the only company they caused suffer to, I know other customers who experienced the same thing we do from YANDEX (tenroy). I can give their contact to you, they are a reputable company in Dubai.
For ALL of the points mentioned above I have documents. I can send you our chatts screen shot, our payment slip, price given by OTHER suppliers, and invoices of this supplier.
