My complaint:
After receipt of Payment, She stated she has the offered item which has the rust in it , we had rejected it and asked her to supply the new one. She agreed and said that new one is available in here warehouse which is closed currently due to Chinese New Year and asked us to wait till her team is back from Chinese New Year.
After chinese new Year, She responded that She cant provide the item with the old price and she has to raise the price by 500 Dollars. We declined it as it was meeting our target price for our client . After that she has been giving various excuses but not refunding the money. After a lot of request she did a blank tranactions and not sharing the Swift code of the transactions.
Suggested solution:
I want my Amount to be refunded back,
