My complaint:

Very simply, an ongoing problem was finally ended with an insult to myself. There is a long line of emails to do with problem which culminated with Zendesk insulting me. I can supply a copy of the emails but Zendesk should have a far more readable copy of these conversations.

Suggested solution:

I would want a complete apology from Zendesk and the operative that made the insult.
