My complaint:
I have paid 10:00 dollar deposits on many of the 18 Litre spring water bottles. I will be moving soon and will no longer be purchasing these bottles. They refuse to return my deposit money on the bottles. When you purchase the bottles they take your money but refuse to give it back. WTF Give me my money back.

It's very simple. Retun my money I gave them for the deposits. What's the big deal?
