Zappos complaint: Deserted when I contacted Customer Service all three ways (txt, on-line and phone)

My complaint:

I had a simple question and could not get through to any customer service. I was on the phone waiting 10 minutes. I tried the texting option, the on-line chat and then call the customer service number.

I had five boxes of shoes (on one order / qr code). When I went to return the shoes at UPS they said I needed all five boxes in one box. Well I didn’t have one big box as all shoes were shipped separately but again one QR code. So I thought if I wrapped them individually they could print a label for each box. UPS said no, they need to be in one box bc each box if sent out separately would have a unique tracking number and once one box received the others would be lost.

Suggested solution:

contact me and tell me what the correct process is so it's not repeated and list it under their FAQ's and give me a credit
