Zaful.com complaint: The seller didn’t sent me my order and refused to refund my money

My complaint:

Good morning ,

My name is Osama and i live in Germany. I placed an online order in 30/07/2023 with a seller called Zaful with the amount of 45,42 Euro and payed through my paypal account and till now i didn’t receive the order.

The seller told me that the shipping company lost my order and they are ready to refund me just a part from my total amount to be 23 USD and this is not acceptable for me because i payed 45,42 Euro and my order was had an insurance .

Since 15 Days ago,i contact with the seller everyday to send me the money but they refused.
Could you please help me to get the complete amount of 45,42 Euro ?

Suggested solution:

to contact with the seller and refund to me the total amount of the order to be 45,42 EURO because i didn\'t receive any order or a service.
