My complaint:
I placed an order last November. I received a trucking number but I never received the goods. After many emails sent, the company claimed to have resent the item twice or thrice. Unfortunately with the same result. When I asked for my money back, they tell me to wait patiently and not to worry. How can I not worry when it’s been so long?
Suggested solution:
Refund my money because i don't believe that the parcel will ever arrive
