My complaint:
I ordered a Christmas tree, and paid $59.99. I tried writing and calling them and got no response. My bank cancelled the payment, but then this place told them it was delivered and gave them a fake tracking . I found out it was wrong and faxed the info to my bank. They got the money back, and are now saying I agreed to the wrong address. They are lying!
