My complaint:
I ordered a Christmas Tree in November and still haven’t received it. I have been emailing them for the last 3 months. The tracking number they sent me shows delivered thousands of miles away. I get told they will send me another tree. When I ask for a refund and I get another email about them sending me another tree. The emails just repeat a different email from before but I never get an actual answer.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money. When I made my purchase, their site said money back guarantee.
