My complaint:
I purchased a airfryer on 7th November and never received
I contacted and they supplied me with a tracing number but it did not belong to my purchase. It belonged to someone on Auckland and I am in New Plymouth.
I have emailed so many times this time I have given them 7 days to sent otherwise it is going in the hands of the fraud office of my credit card

I want my product as soon as possible
