My complaint:

I requested my $600 winnings January 24th, I received a message with a security code but never a email to collect the funds, they sent me funds from last week and say I’m paid out but nothing from January, they leave the chat without hearing my story, I just want what they owe me!!!

Suggested solution:

Look into my account and realize I still have a credit of $600, I’m very frustrated and need someone to listen to me!!

1 year ago - I’m still waiting for my winnings from January 24th, I can look into my account and see the $600 is still there, every time I go to a live chat they cut me off, they need to realize that I’m not going away, any account should be able to see that I never received my winnings, please help me, mbalmer54@gmail.com
