My complaint:
I requested my $600 winnings January 24th, I received a message with a security code but never a email to collect the funds, they sent me funds from last week and say I’m paid out but nothing from January, they leave the chat without hearing my story, I just want what they owe me!!!
Suggested solution:
Look into my account and realize I still have a credit of $600, I’m very frustrated and need someone to listen to me!!
