My complaint:

I have been playing your casino games for many months and suddenly I was asked for identification forms which I forwarded to them. I was sent a message to say everything was identified correctly and I will get my $700 sitting in pending. Now I got a message to say they weren’t satisfied and wanted more I dont pay utilities or gas because I board with family. I sent a copy of a hospital notification to me at my address that is noted on your file. I also sent the front and back copy of my New Zealand driver’s licence and a copy both sides of my ANZ Visa debit card which I use especially for the $700 withdrawal. I am anxiously waiting now for a email from you or my money deposited onto my card. I would be grateful to hear back from you.

I'll leave it up to them. I really enjoy playing online slots with Yukon because I have spent thousands of dollars playing in the past few months. But the way I have been treated I will probably not play ever again.
