My complaint:
A yelp employee that lives in a different state, has called my company every week for a year to basically interview me for her yelp review. She has never been to my business. I was happy to help her and give her the information of our hours, etc. but she wouldn’t stop and she wanted mission statements and other ridiculous information. My manager finally told her we are reporting her for harassment, and I want my business taken off yelp. I feel very unsafe, having my business registered with Yelp. I do have the lady’s info and will gladly share it with the right department. If the harassment doesn’t stop, I’m getting an attorney.
Suggested solution:
I want my business removed from yelp.
