My complaint:

I have had an email account for about 20 years, created when I started running a German Shepherd Dog (GSD) rescue. Never had a problem. In December 2023, the site I worked at closed, and I became unemployed. For job search professionalism, I created a second email. I encountered an issue where I would get a message that I entered the wrong password. After several attempts, I selected “forgot my password.” I used the password noted in my password book. It sent a code to my phone, but then it showed that my old email account is the one to be updated.

No matter what I do, I can’t get past this. This happened a few months ago, and when I called for assistance, they wanted payment for help. I did find out the company was sold and is now owned by Apollo Asset Management. I managed to contact customer service, and someone called me back and helped me with no charge, and within minutes.

I changed my resume to use my old email, but my resume with the new email was placed on a job board through Ohio unemployment. It appears because the two email accounts belong to me, they are getting crossed or confused. It is very frustrating and stressful to deal with this. Can anyone help?

Suggested solution:

Allow me to be able to access both accounts.
