My complaint:
The woman working at the counter the morning I was to check out screwed me over so bad I had to leave the hotel with threats of calling police because I had to leave I was really late for work and was fired. We had paid with a debit card so no cash deposit and the next day after Iadey self very clear we were staying she checks me out and now I have 5o check back in but don’t have enough on my debit card to put it on file again and not enough cash to pay the cash deposit now. But I call my neice who is bring me money and I nowade a reservation threw Wyndham rewards and used 5000 points to get my discount.. I go to the desk explain my situation how I made a reservation and am waiting on my neice to arrive with the only 13$ni needed to get the room again and she sees the reservation and says ok your good just come down as soon as your money gets here . Only to have maids banging on our door 20 min later saying we have 2 min to get out of we will be escorted out by police we just unpacked again and needed at least 15b-20 minutes… Needless to say we were rudly kicked out and my Wyndham points were takin.. but worst of all this cost me my job .. it was a really new job and it was 1 hour and 47 minutes late so I was fired . I’d like a refund and my points back but most important that lady needs to be talked to about her manners and hospitality at your hotel

Refund of my stay and my points that were taking but most important the staff needs to be repremended for their actions and it costing me money my job and lost Wyndham points
