My complaint:

I booked through hotels.com for one night at a la Quinta inn and suites by Wynham. Things happened out of my control on my flights being delayed 5 hours and missing connections. I had called twice to the hotel that I would have a late arrival. They assured me my booking was secure. That being said. I didn’t get to the property until 3 am. My room was considered a no show. They gave away my room and then had no vacancies. I was alone in Vegas and no rooms to be had. I ended up sleeping in my rental car in a parking lot. Very unsafe. The card they tried to charge was compromise so capital one locked it. They didn’t say anything about not being able to charge it for the room when I called..twice. I am just beside myself at the way I was treated.

Suggested solution:

I want to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone ever again.
