My complaint:

Today the 16th of December
I checked my Bank account had the above amount taken out of my account,
I had not purchased or authorised any payment for that amount.
I have bought several items off wowcher and have not had a problem until now,
Please reimburse my account immediately, as I have blocked my card until this serious issue is resolved,
