My complaint:
Room was dirty, bathroom absolutely filthy. no WiFi as advertised. TV didn’t work.
Staff unhelpful.
Food appalling. We didnt eat the included dinner as it was so bad. No alternative offered and went elsewhere to eat.
No response from owner of hotel.
Suggested solution:
Refund as we didn't get the things they advertised.
