WM - Waste Management complaint: EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT

My complaint:

Have bee a WM customer for over 16 years. Service has detiorated and charges have escalated over the years. If we call for a missed pick up or to inquire about a bill, we are on hold for 45minutes to an hour and then keep getting transferred to multiple departments.

I have requested my account to be closed multiple times and your retention team will continue to send new vague contracts with no start or end dates. If you call to clarify the contract, no one is available to discuss. The last time I was told that our contract expires at the end of Feb 2024. I have written multiple emails to your retention team to close my account and pick up the bins…no one has replied. My account is still showing active and the bins are still there.

I will not be paying any more fees. If this is not dealt with effectively. I will be writing to the Media to seek assistance. I would hate to do that but it is now my only option. I would rather spend my time, running my business and not running after WM. Will await your response. Ritu
