My complaint:

I received my order on Friday Aug 21. I was very disappointed that the rug was not the pattern or size that i ordered. Could not get into your website. I paid for a larger rug.

Suggested solution:

Send me the rug I ordered leaves not flowers on it. The large size. I don't know how to return the rug you sent me.
