My complaint:
I ordered a beautiful pair of cowboy type boots with a more feminine look. Offered several different colors. I ordered grey, which is pictured as being a light grey. When I received the order, the boots were blackdark grey. I reached out to Wish about the issue. Customer support refused to do anything to fix the problem. Even after I requested that they send me the correct item. I cancelled all pending orders and refuse to place a new order.
Suggested solution:
Either refund my money or send me the item that I paid for.
