My complaint:
IM SO FED UP WITH THIS BULLSHIT! 3 PACKAGES OF MINE NEVER FUCKING MADE IT. 2 OF THEM I GOT PARTIAL REFUND FOR. THIS ONE IM WAITING ON DEC 15 IT SAYS IT BE HERE. GUESS WHAT?? ON THE TRACKING INFO SAYS IT WAS IN FIFE DEC 10. IT IS NOW JAN 10. AND STILL NOTHING. YES, I GET THE FACT ITS OTHERS SELLERS, THEY COME FROM ACROSS THE WORLD AND STUPID COVID . BUT HKW TF IS IT IN MY TOWN 5 DAYS EARLY AND STILL NOT IN MY HANDS A MONTH LATER. IM NOT MAD AT THE PERSON READING THIS, LIKE I SAID I GET IT OTHER SELLERS. IM JUST IRRITATED. And then when I track the package threw the company whi carries it to my door it says invalid tracking number. Idk what company is bringing it but I tried ups, fedex and U.S.p.S
Suggested solution:
Tell us what company will be delivering the package. Let us actually talk to live support and have the option to actually say what we want and not the b.s. atomatic computer and not the multiple choice responses.
