My complaint:

I purchased a Jewelry mirror stand on December 9, 2020 it was a Christmas gift for a family member, it said I would get my item before Christmas. The day before Christmas they said I wasn’t getting my item until after christmas along with many other Christmas items I order on the 9th aswell. I received my item and it was different to what I had order and wanted for my family member. Today now they are arguing with me stating I asked for that item no I didn’t who would pay that much money for a little tiny jewlery stand that sits on your dresser and its plastic. Its not what I order and they are fighting with me about getting my money back, I even told them I would send the wrong item back. Now I will have this dispute with my bank and never order from them again I rather deal with Amazon then them. They don’t back there dates up, you never know when you will actually get your item and if its the correct item.

(Nothing)They told me that, that's what I order I said no its not when I added it to my cart there was no options of other things that could be different from what I ordered it said I was getting the jewelry mirror stand and now they are not backing up their customers they are just as wrong as the sellers, they are lying to people and taking advantage of people money and not giving it back.
