My complaint:
Ordered 2 Kayak Seats (5edeb4ab355404ffc59ea814) on June 8, 2020 to Arrive Sept 16, 2020 at 958 Blue Diamond Road, Coolin, ID 83821. Product has not arrived. Told that product was returned to company because it could not be delivered. There was a employeed at the business 7 days a week all summer and well into the end of October. Many other items have arrived at this address. Was charged on my Visa. There is no way to speak with a person on the telephone. Customer service is through auto chat….no live person. They advertise that they have 247 customer service and a phone number. Answer on phone is to e-mail, so actually no phone service.
