Complaint: Wrong item delivered. Persistent wanton refusal to understand my issue

My complaint:

I ordered 3 units of 5-tier garage shelving each capable of taking up to 1000Kg weight. The colour choice was green…..
In its place I received a small green plastic shower tray (capable of holding a bar of soap and shower gel or shampoo!). I was charged £17 and £11 for postage for the pleasure of receiving a plastic 25 Cm corner shelf.
After numerous emails they still insist that I have received the correct item.
The only way you can contact them is by going through their online QA system.
I’ve completely lost my patience with them. I don’t want to be rude, but I can’t help feeling that they must be insanemadstupid if they believe they have delivered the correct product.

Suggested solution:

Use a brain. Look at what I have ordered. They keep sending me pictures of the shelving I have ordered and ignore the photo of the plastic tray they sent me.
