My complaint:

I need my order as soon as possible or else please leave my order in the near by Australian post. Its important that order needs to be received.

Suggested solution:

Notify when my order has arrived or please leave my order in Australian post office.
Because I shifted to new house. I was asking the support to change my address which is not possible it seems.
