My complaint:
I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner but got some hand held cleaner 3rd of size and worth about 75% less than what i ordered. When I contacted customer support they asked for photos including shipping details on package that I sent .they told me it wasn’t the right information on shipping irder as number was different and to rssend photo but this all info I had. Then asked a couple of days later if resolved when it clearly wasn’t. Complained 5 times since with no action
Suggested solution:
refund me or send right item
