My complaint:
Where to start…? I have spent many hours trying to find the best deals for the money, including trying for limited quantity deals. Some orders had never even arrived at all, Some orders state an arrival date thats either been change and or into a Cancelation or a Supposed Refund. Dates have been changed, orders have been manipulated. There’s no telling if I have received all of my funds even back to me as per No Poor Details Paper Trails, thus leading me astray. The App will even take me to Past of Over A Year Ago Orders , when all I’m trying to do is check My last order or 2, the app skips me around then again and again, seems as if its Making Hard to Investigate My Own Rights of Knowings while looking through notifications seem Deceiving and constantly moving on the hour when moving dates too… !
Customer service has been of No Help at all. They only give me paint by number answers then close out my complaints and label them Resolved as I’m Not Still Satisfied…. , They Don’t Seem To Care and Pass Blame upon the Merchants and Myself .
Oh And Yes, with the Condensating Texts of I’m So Sorry You Feel That Way , I Completely Feel Your Frustrations as we are willing to do Whatever We Can To Accomplish Happiness For You, Better Luck on ur next order (just outta aggravation a bit, I didnt Quote them as per word for word, as I had just add libbed a few words…. same Idea similar too) .
Suggested solution:
All Items that showed Processed , Prepairing to ship and ARRIVING by Dates..... all shipped as promised and All Documents showing All Monies Spent With WISH and how if even was returned to me when refunds or cancelations arose.
