Complaint: Wish support is a SICK JOKE

My complaint:

The shite iPad app froze for about 5 full minutes and when it unfroze it was thanking me for swiping quick pay and placing an order for 232 euro. I didn’t want anything on order, I was pricing and checking delivery dates and didn’t want to go ahead with any of the items. One of them was about 60e with delivery and wish won’t let me do anything about it until delivered. Well their support staff kept giving me instructions on how to open a support ticket but of course this isnt possible until the item is delivered.
So I get the delivery and I try to follow their previously unfollowable steps to open a support ticket and now the support staff keep instructing me on how to locate my lost package!!!! I never said it was lost and i have said yo it isnt lost here is the issue and what response do I get? Here’s instructions on locating your package for the third time. Like are they actually not bothering to read anything Im saying or are they that bad at their job? Their phone numbers don’t go to humans and they ignore any request for the issue to be escalated. Im getting charged 13 euro a day as I don’t have the funds in my account to fulfill the order.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I expect a full refund immediately and wish would need to find away to cover the 78 euro in bank fees run up by not being able to pay the paypal bill.
