My complaint:
Failed delivery: 5f06d9adee7a9843f0beaae2. An item I ordered in July 2020 paid for was never delivered to me. EDD was Oct 2020. I filled in online reviws marked this item not delivered on several occasions. I received a response asking me to be patient. I recently decided to follow up again was now told that time for refund was past.
Suggested solution:
Check that I did contact Wish on several occasions in relation to this order. Refund my money or resend the same product.
