My complaint:
I bought a projector from Wish, this proved to be a poor product and did not match the advertised item. I contacted Wish ten day ago and only got a short statement from them to say they would contact the the seller and get back to me two days later. This has not happened and I am still waiting despite numerous follow up messages asking them to resolve the matter.
This has been truly appalling, they cannot sell sub standard product and expect us customers to just swallow it.
Suggested solution:
They should give me a full refund.
