My complaint:
After a long research I think I came to right place to lodge my complain.my order 5f08a967c635d2341ed4835a was ordered on July 10 and I supposed to receive in between August n September but I got the email that it was delivered on July 28 so I checked around my home ,my mail box asked neighborhood also checked with delivery companies but nothing was found. I tried to contact the customer service several times to see they have some clue that which company delivered the item but I received the answer saying it was delivered and they just close my complain and no response was given after many attempts. So I thought where to go now n lately I found your office where I think I will be treated well.
Suggested solution:
I will be more happy to receive my order of phone rather to get refund.
Or if it not possible than the refund will be appreciated. I paid the total of $139.00 canadian.
