My complaint:

It did not arrive in time therefore requested refund. No refund until I can verify my account with code sent to me by email. Code was never received, then I had to supply photo ID, which I did twice. Now they say it’s out of refund timescale (despite me never actually receiving the item) and won’t give me my money back. I think it’s only about 4€, but this is the second time they’ve done this and a cursory Google search demonstrates they do this all the time. It’s unacceptable that they take money for items never delivered.
Suggested solution:
Refund me, simple.
