This is a follow up to my first complaint dated January 23, 2021. The merchandise was returned to sender and I have submitted everything requested but they act like they keep requesting the same information. It’s like nobody is actually reading the emails. I am totally frustrated and don’t know what else to do. They billed me and have the merchandise. I don’t know where to turn. I appreciate any help you can give me with this matter.
Since the merchandise was returned to sender, either issue a refund or return the merchandise or at the very least, issue a credit.
