Complaint: Wish punishing customer because of their contractor’s failure to deliver

My complaint:

Ordered on Wish 5220 with a delivery date on or before 53020. Delivery date kept on pushing forward apparently due to shipping delays. By beginning of July, they refunded the shipping charge claiming that if the item is not delivered by 72520, I should contact them for a full refund. This time they’re claiming the item should arrive sometime in August and they can’t issue a refund.
