My complaint:

After purchasing the items, the dates for shipping was changed from July to September, this is a very long time and not acceptable. You should stick to dates of delivery. I need some materials i ordered urgently not waiting for 2 months before i receive them. I am very disappointment with your bad timing. What can you do, can you ship them earlier to me as promised because you now changed everything.
