My complaint:
I ordered a hard drive which should have arrived by October 31st. I had forgotten all about it until I noticed it in my order history. On clicking into the order, it says it was dispatched and shipped but doesn’t say anything about being delivered.
I contacted the seller who asked for the order number which I gave. They said they had no record of the order and that I should contact Wish but the CS not didn’t have an option for vanishing orders.
