My complaint:

Ordered the leopard print jacket that was not as pictured online. 30 emails sent to customer service in trying to resolve and multiple resends of the pics along with repetition of the problem I have. They ask me to provide feedback in how they did…it came back that I ordered the wrong size! What the heck?!?

Suggested solution:

I want FULL refund of $21 ($16 item with $5 shipping) AND a return shipping label that will pay for shipping back to THEM.
