My complaint:
1-15-21 I ordered a security camera $94.89 which I was charged for. I received a $43 rechargeable battery. I opened a ticket through the online wish assistant like I was advised to do, was sent a prepaid shipping label and sent the item back for a refund. They received the item, but never gave me a refund so i contacted them directly by email. Long story short After over 50 emails I keep getting the runaround and never got refunded. They keep telling me to open a ticket and do all the things I’ve already done even though i keep CONTINUALLY telling them I already have. Their replies are as if their trying to frustrate me into dropping the issue so they won’t have to refund me. Wish.com is a pathetic excuse for a business that will steal your money.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund. I never opted for a fucking donation to this sleazy company. This company should be shut down. They’ve done this to thousands of people. Just see for yourself and search the internet.
