My complaint:

My problem is that I have not received my items at all and I have done every thing that they have asked me to do and it is has been a angry and more stressful and is still not do very happy with the result that this company they have told me all of your things has been delivered and someone had received my order so all I can do has a very long time is get frustrated by everything they still they offered is a refund but before the have to has been going there investigation this has been a ongoing problem this game of cat and mouse game started late July and up to present time please help me all I want is am only doing doing this to let others know what is up with this ccompany is I don’t no where and they do not do phone service please help I have spent over $400 maybe a little more all I want to have for Christmas or give me a full refund
